Our client is a leading pharmaceutical company with an extensive product range within the Fertility market. They currently have a very exciting opportunity working as a Product Manager to be based at their head office in West London to understand the sales team needs and key communication messages and ensures these are met through the creation of innovation and inspiring promotional aids

Candidate background:
Knowledge and experience of the marketing planning process
Experienced in developing strategic and tactical marketing plans and building relationships with key stakeholders internally and externally.
Experience in managing projects through the full life cycle.
Knowledge of fertility therapy areas (preferred)
Knowledge of the evolving NHS – specifically the different customer groups and political influences
Experience of developing key opinion leader advocacy
Knowledge and understanding of both NHS and private sectors within therapy area (preferred)
Knowledge of the pharmaceutical industry and ABPI Code of Practice
Full driving license – no more than 3 points and no DD10
Educated to degree level

Role responsibilities:
Responsible for the leadership of the portfolio of products used within the management of infertility.
Develop; execute; monitor and adapt product strategy to meet the Marketing Plan; market share and sales KPI’s.
Collaborate and network internally and externally to create high levels of interest; activity and KOL advocacy with regard to the product portfolio
To actively develop personal and company-wide expertise with regard to the product portfolio. Is the Product Champion.
To work with colleagues to generate and disseminate compliant clinical and promotional material to benefit the product portfolio.
React quickly to product related queries from internal and external sources and encourage the sales team to feedback information that will benefit the product portfolio.
Prepare product forecasts with finance colleagues and manage supply chain issues for product by working in conjunction with Commercial Department
Work with global marketing colleagues to ensure a high profile and obtain a share of any central budgets to support UK programmes and participate in international project teams as required
