Our client are an pioneering, independent provider of clinical support services that works across all levels of the NHS. This market-leading organisation are looking for a reliable and commercially-minded individual to join their team of Clinical Pharmacists. The successful candidate will be field-based, focusing specifically within Primary Care, and will be responsible for the delivery of required services at a national standard within GP Practices as a part of a team, to provide clinical support for Clinicians, Practice staff, and when requested, directly to patients. This role will cover North East and Yorkshire territory, from Hull up to Sunderland.

Essential Requirements
Our client are looking for registered Pharmacists, ideally within a Practice, CCG or Hospital setting.
Proven commercial experience would be advantageous, alongside an established range of contacts within Primary Care.
Willingness and flexibility to travel is essential as the role is field-based.
Excellent communication and influencing skills with a proactive mindset.
Knowledge of the business and the services it provides.
Full UK Driving Licence with no more than 6 points.

Role Responsibilities
Set and maintain the highest levels of professional conduct whist representing the company.
Ensure efficient time management of authorised clinical projects within a set geographical area showing the ability to plan and prioritise both these projects and personal workload.
Ensure maintenance of clear audit trails as per company policies and procedures.
Deliver optimum clinical value to both patient and practice.
Adhere to all clinical and information governance policies.
Maintain strong communication skills, effectively transferring key information, to display the ability to influence and negotiate.
Identify and correct areas of underperformance within the bounds of our protocols, working practices and systems.
Provide a professional and competent service that assists the company to develop and enhance client numbers and retention rates.
Driven to succeed, to support the development of clinical and marketing strategies in line with company strategy.
Liaise with and support other team members and help them to integrate and contribute to the future development of the company.
Act in a reliable and professional manner at all times and fulfil any other duties which may be required to benefit the company.
Enhance the awareness of the company within Primary Care and to assist in developing long lasting practice and consortia level relationships.
Complete CPD relevant to current activity and to support company strategy where appropriate.
