Our Client is a market-leading Pharmaceutical company, with an exciting new opportunity to join an already-established team as a Product Launch Executive. Based at Head Office in West London, this role will be responsible for the management and continuous improvement of the New Product Development and Introduction framework, which is designed to optimise the launch of new products.

Essential Requirements
Ideally you will have extensive experience in the pharmaceutical industry or a similar field.
Educated to degree level or equivalent.
Demonstrate an understanding of Lean 6 sigma tools and Continuous Improvement.
Demonstrable and successful track record of project management.
Knowledge of GMP and understanding of Regulatory compliance.
Experience and knowledge of Quality Systems and Change Control.
Operating in a multinational environment (language skills an advantage).
Current UK driving licence with no more than 6 points.

Role Responsibilities
Accountable for leading second wave launches, line extensions and any other product launch not assigned to the Development team.
Responsible for supporting individuals/ teams assigned to product launch on NPDI framework alignment and adherence by attending planning and project meetings
Responsible for maintaining and keeping up to date tracking tools and systems and liaising with contributing departments to ensure key metrics are collected and entered as required.
Responsible for developing / adapting metrics to measure effectiveness and efficiency of product launches. Responsible for monitoring these metrics through the launch phases and reporting these to the Global NPDI Strategy Manager.
Responsible for ensuring interdepartmental communication is effective and intervening at known (or likely) pinch points to minimise potential failures or inefficiencies.
Responsible for tackling or escalating disputes or disagreements that may arise between departments during the launch phases.
Accountable for development, maintenance, management and monitoring of NPDI Framework training across the organisation.
Attending and participating in NPDI monthly meetings. Contributing to launch planning and scheduling.
Routine reporting to Global NPDI Strategy Manager on progress of launches to plan.
Leading on resolution of any issues or potential issues identified during launch phases.
Point of contact for all divisions and departments with regards to the NPDI framework and its use.
Provision of expert advice on departmental launch planning and alignment with NPDI framework.
Responsible for working closely with individuals / teams assigned to product development and launch or business development or partnership teams to advise on NPDI framework alignment and adherence.
