Evolve are recruiting for a privately-owned, British Pharmaceutical company, with 4 x new opportunities to join a well-established team. Our client is seeking four dynamic Regional Market Access Managers who will be responsible for the delivery of the strategic plans for a leading, cost-saving Dermatology and Ophthalmology franchise across Primary Care, Secondary Care and CCGs. These positions will be covering either of the following territories:
• North of England including Northern Ireland
• Midlands
• London and South East England
• South West England and South Wales

Essential Requirements
Ideally you will have previous Secondary Care experience within the Ophthalmology therapeutic area.
Must have experience of working closely with Medicines Management teams to secure cost saving reviews.
Preferably experience in the Dermatology market.
Significant commercial success – proven track record of both payor and provider outcomes, e.g. Category C / Branded Generics or similar cost saving models across Primary & Secondary Care.
In-depth, current knowledge of the UK healthcare environment, NHS organisations; procedures; operations and political environment i.e. decision-making pathways; pressures within the system and local delivery challenges.
Ability to work both independently in a field-based role and collaboratively with the internal cross functional teams, to develop, deploy and successfully deliver complex commercial projects.
Ability to interact effectively with key NHS decision makers at local, regional and national levels to create preferential positioning opportunities for the company’s brands (e.g. Formularies, Guidelines/Pathways & business case development and delivery).
Demonstrated multitasking and time/budgetary management skills to a successful outcome.
Willingness and ability to manage stakeholder relationships at all levels; (Primary Care; GPs; Nurses; Meds Management and payors and KOLs in Secondary Care.

Role Responsibilities
Delivery of agreed portfolio commercial measures and sales objectives.
Develop, propose and agree the strategy and tactics for the region so as to optimise sales growth and profitability.
Segment local accounts according to potential and propensity (i.e. likelihood of securing business) and use such analysis to inform account planning.
Monitor and critically review implementation of tactical plans against key performance indicators/critical success factors and to take corrective action as required.
Prepare and present every quarter an update on local regional situation and strategies to maximise opportunities.
Maintain a detailed knowledge of national and local policy objectives and apply this to identify opportunities for business growth and key drivers for change.
Facilitate customer advocacy in relevant areas, to increase awareness of best practice (to include attendance at large regional/national events where required).
Complete administration in a timely manner in compliance with company minimum standards.
Comply with ABPI code of conduct.
