Our client is a worldwide, innovative Medical Device organisation with an extensive range of products in the Urology and Pelvic Health market. They are seeking a tenacious and dynamic Territory Manager to support the Regional Sales Manager in driving sales revenue, and providing patients with education and awareness of the treatment options available to them, as well as influencing and gaining trust with clinical and non-clinical stakeholders involved in all aspects of the patient pathway.

Essential Requirements
You will have proven success in sales; ideally gained within medical devices, however other backgrounds will also be considered.
Commercially-minded individual.
Ability to develop and maintain rapport with customers.
Understand new markets with budget issues.
Proven experience of developing key relationships through frequent and routine customer visits, product demonstrations, product in-services and procedural observations.
Ideally experience of working with key Physicians and Nurses, building trusting relationships by training, educating and selling cutting-edge technology.
Willingness and flexibility to travel.
Current driving licence with no more than 6 points.

Role Responsibilities
Developing an in-depth knowledge of the products and services provided by the division.
Developing quarterly plans designed to achieve revenue targets, managing existing and new customers/accounts in the assigned territory.
Demonstrating planning and prioritising of the assigned territory to maximise opportunities for our existing and new products in line with divisional goals and objectives.
Being recognised as the primary trusted point-of-contact for hospital management, purchasing department and hospital staff.
Attending national and international meetings, conferences and exhibitions as required to promote products and services.
Analysing and reporting to Manager and/or others (monthly & year basis) the market and business feedback by using all available support tools.
Actively representing values and integrity.
Participating in development of less experienced staff members.
