Our client is a large-scale Medical Devices company with a broad portfolio of medical solutions in the ElectroPhysiology market. They are looking for a driven and experienced Territory Manager. This will involve advising on the usage of our clients products whilst speaking to Clinicians and Physiologists about how they may benefit the procedure. This role will cover the Midlands region across to Cambridge, with the ideal candidate location being between Birmingham and Leicester.

Essential Requirements
Experience in the Rhythm Management sector is desired, although not essential.
Minimum of 3-4 years Territory Management experience in devices sector (not pharma).
A proven track record of high sales is essential.
Dynamic and able to fit into a small team with other driven individuals to pull together towards a common goal.
Experience working in The Cath lab or Cardiology is highly advantageous.
Patient & able to adapt communication style appropriate to patient and medical staff.
Good communication skills are absolutely crucial and confidence in the products is essential.
Dedicated to helping the patient & flexible in approach to work when unexpected events occur or procedures take longer than anticipated.
Ability to travel and stay away from home, as initial training may involve several weeks away from home.
Current driving licence.

Role Responsibilities
To give accurate feedback to the Physician so he / she can in turn ensure the equipment is correctly placed with a favourable patient outcome.
The EP Sales person needs to have an ability to converse effectively, empathise and understand patients’ needs pre operatively, intra operatively and post operatively so that the procedure can be as successful as possible.
Develop further as professional sales rep by acquiring working knowledge and selling techniques.
Able to tackle a variety of issues, general knowledge in medical device industry (the company and competitors).
Visit customers and/or potential customers of the company on a regular and planned basis to promote products and services to achieve monthly, quarterly and yearly sales targets, as agreed with the Manager.
Manage existing and acquire new customers in the assigned territory under general supervision of the Manager.
With limited instructions of Manager, plan and develop the market for our existing and new products according with divisional goals and objectives, through execution, while optimise available tools (consignment, etc).
Provide ongoing technical training and support to customers/patients directly
Cultivate wide range of business relationships with hospital management, purchasing department and hospital staff.
Attend meetings, conferences and exhibitions as required to promote the products and services.
Analyse and report to the Manager and/or others (monthly & year basis) the market and business feedback by using all available support tools.
