Our client is a large-scale Medical Devices company with a specialist portfolio of medical solutions in the Interventional Oncology market. They are looking for a driven and experienced Territory Manager to cover the South West, South Central, Oxfordshire, Gloucestershire and South Wales. This position will support the Divisional Manager in achievement goals and objectives by visiting key customers to promote these products and services.

Essential Requirements
You will have field-based experience in Medical Device sales, ideally gained in the Oncology market.
Graduate calibre or relevant clinical qualification.
Customer focused with strong influencing skills.
Demonstrated experience in selling to procurement professionals.
Ability to sell into Physicians and Consultants in a Theatre / Lab.
Solid presentation and teaching skills.

Role Responsibilities
Develop further as professional sales person by acquiring working knowledge and selling techniques. Able to tackle a variety of issues, general knowledge in medical device industry (the company and competitors).
Visit customers and/or potential customers on a regular and planned basis to promote products and services to achieve monthly, quarterly and yearly sales targets, as agreed with the Manager.
Manage existing and acquire new customers in the assigned territory under general supervision of the Manager.
To identify new business opportunities within the accounts and deliver growth on the territory.
Apply sound business acumen to prioritise activities to bring maximum return.
With limited instructions of Manager, plan and develop the market for our existing and new products according with divisional goals and objectives, through execution, while optimise available tools (consignment, etc).
Provide ongoing technical training and support to customers directly in the Radiology Suites.
Cultivate wide range of business relationships with hospital management, purchasing department and hospital staff.
Attend meetings, conferences and exhibitions as required to promote products and services.
Analyse and report to the Manager and/or others (monthly & year basis) the market and business feedback by using all available support tools.
