With a continued focus on the development of their pharmaceutical portfolio and salesforce expansion, an opportunity has arisen for a Training Manager.

This role will be instrumental in developing and implementing the training departments activities with the aim of ensuring a high competency level for the Business Unit to help deliver the company’s strategic goals.

The role will involve the development and implementation of an impactful and comprehensive Initial Training Course for the sales division.

To achieve this you will liaise with marketing and sales managers to help define the training requirements for the sales team and subsequently develop, source and deliver relevant high calibre training programmes.

The role will also include the review of personal development and field visit activities to ensure that the training delivered is relevant, meeting the needs of the individual as well as identifying trends for groups within the organisation.
The role is accompanied with an excellent package which includes a negotiable basic salary based on experience, pension, healthcare, bonus scheme and company car scheme.

The Person/Experience:

Experience of working in an NHS or pharmaceutical/healthcare industry training role. Proven track record of coaching in pharmaceutical/healthcare role. A proven track record in influencing the prescribing decision-making process with senior NHS customers in primary and secondary care. A self starter and effective problem solver who is accountable for own actions and results.

This role is field based however the successful candidate will be expected to attend meeting and run training courses from the head office which is based in Yorkshire. Therefore a Yorkshire, Midlands or North West location would be useful.
