We are currently recruiting for a market leading Healthcare organisation with an exciting new opportunity working as a Regional Business Manager within the Wound Care market. This exciting role will be working across the South West and South East territory, incorporating Gloucestershire, Herefordshire, Wiltshire, Somerset, Bristol, Dorset, Devon, Cornwall, Hampshire, Surrey, Sussex, and South West London. The primary focus of this role is to grow business through all commercial opportunities and deliver both revenue and profit returns. It is a crucial management & customer facing role, responsible for all aspects of operational and strategic management of a sales (Business) region.

Essential Requirements:
A degree or equivalent qualification is essential, ideally within a business or commercial subject.
Previous or current management experience of a team.
Strong understanding of the NHS landscape and how it affects local delivery of healthcare.
Demonstrable Key Account Management Experience is essential.
Ability to demonstrate strong product and clinical knowledge.
Experience of writing and delivering sales and marketing messages.
Experience of working with CCG/Health Boards and the NHS would be advantageous.
Preferably experience working within marketing.
Advanced influencing and negotiation skills.
Strong analytical skills and high levels of curiosity – ability to turn data into insight (Business Planning).
High standard of oral and written communication, including well developed presentation skills.
Excellent selling, negotiation and networking skills.
Effective coach who is able to inspire and drive performance in others.
P&L management experience would be beneficial.
Exceptional Business Planning Skills.
A current driving licence with no more than 6 points.

Role Responsibilities:
Setting the strategic direction and P&L for the region to maintain growth and ensure targets are achieved.
Full autonomy for the creation, execution and delivery of results for the region via the regional business plan.
Identify key trends within the NHS and proactively drive business/partnership/joint working opportunities that will grow the business and benefit the NHS & patient.
Be customer facing, identifying and developing relationships with KOLs, including procurement, payers and business leads within CCGs in line with regional business priorities.
Use insight and business intelligence to create innovative ideas to enhance our value proposition to the NHS in collaboration with local NHS Partnership Managers and regional sales TMs.
Develop high performing regional sales teams by managing, motivating and developing TMs working in the region.
Ensure all standards and company policies are communicated and adhered to in team in line with the company policies and procedures.
Drive formulary discussions/negotiations and tender processes in conjunction with the NHS Partnership Manager team.
Responsible for working closely with Marketing to execute national campaigns and create local adaptations that will deliver business growth.
Measure and monitor regional business performance against the Sales and Marketing objectives for each brand, ensure that critical issues impacting upon the campaign are communicated to the Senior Leadership team with proposed solutions.
Develop and execute plans for key accounts within their regions. This will include working closely with TMs and customers in order to win new, large accounts.
Develop national business area strategy in collaboration with divisional leadership team.
