They market and sell their products and services globally. They supply products to hospitals, institutions, wholesalers and retailers as well as directly to consumers (homecare). They are looking for a successful Territory Managers to the Ostomy Care Division

As a Territory Manager you will work closely with your Regional Business Leader, NHS Partnership Manager and Nursing team to create and manage account specific plans to grow your business. Your customers will be mainly Specialist Nurses, but you should be able to identify other customer groups that are important to your business.

Key areas of responsibility include:

Identify opportunities for growth within the territory

Working with our NHS Partnership Managers to develop and support the Stoma Partnership Programme

Building strong relationships with customers and visit customers according to the call plan

Organising patient engagement meetings demonstrating our products and sharing samples. Gather insight in these meetings to influence your sales strategy

Organise and attend nurse meetings to identify opportunities for improvements

Writing business plans and maintaining business databases

Desirable: Bachelors degree or equivalent experience

Person/Experience Required

You will already be a successful and self-motivated Sales Professional in the medical field who thrives on working autonomously and in a highly competitive therapy area. You will be passionate about what you do, and ideally have experience of working in Ostomy Care or with Nurse Consultants.

The right candidate must have planning and organisation as a key skill along with competent analytical skills. Must be performance driven however, be able to build long term working relationships and at the same time have the ability to respond with sensitivity and empathy to customer and patient needs.

You will be a resilient individual, work well as part of a wider team although take accountability for your business, be proactive and driven to deliver business results.

Essential: 12 months successful medical field sales experience, Proven track record of sales achievements within healthcare, KAM experience, Strong interpersonal and relationship building skills, Demonstrate effective time and territory management skills, Level 2 education (A'Levels, BTEC), Live on territory, Full driving licence.

Desirable: Degree, Sales experience within Ostomy market.
