Evolve Selection are currently recruiting for an exciting new opportunity with a dynamic and supportive Pharmaceutical organisation. Our client has an extensive product range within the Osteo and GI market. This exciting role will be working as a Regional Business Manager across the West Midlands, Wales and South West England the area.
As the Regional Business Manager, you will effectively lead, manage and motivate a team of Medical Representatives to meet sales targets and grow sales in a designated territory, helping an already successful team to further success through your experience, support and leadership.

Essential Requirements:
Substantial experience working within Pharmaceutical Sales
Leadership and coaching track record with the ability to manage a highly effective team
ABPI qualified
A proven track record in commercialising products
Ability to take an account management approach to managing regional business
Ability to manage the demands of a portfolio of products
A current driving licence with no more than 6 points

Role Responsibilities:
Achieving sales targets through highly trained, directed and motivated staff
Effectively communicating current marketing strategies and initiatives to immediate team and drive performance in line with these strategies
Accompanying Representatives in the field on a regular basis to monitor performance and to assess training needs
Liaising with the Clinical Partnership team to streamline activities in region
Representing the company in a professional manner
Day to day management and professional development of Representatives
Providing individual coaching, feedback and motivation
Facilitating team communication, morale and effectiveness

IT literate with strong analytical skills
Able to influence NHS staff at the highest levels
Innovation, tenacity and drive to ensure success
Self-motivation, persuasiveness and competitiveness
