We are currently recruiting for a dynamic and progressive Healthcare organisation with an exciting new opportunity working as an NHS Partnership Manager within the Ostomy and Continence Care markets. This exciting role will be working across South West England. You will be responsible for creating shared value via programme fulfilment in a defined group of accounts and will be accountable for driving sales and market share growth in the local health economy.

Essential Requirements:
Degree or equivalent qualification.
Strong understanding of the NHS landscape policy and how it affects local delivery of Healthcare.
Full understanding of the market dynamics in the country (reimbursement / competitors / customer group levels / government).
Demonstrable Key Account Management experience.
Excellent negotiating skills.
Project Management skills, including the ability to implement, monitor and review projects.
Demonstrated ability to analyse and assimilate data.
Record of successfully developing Key Opinion Leaders.
Strong ability to build relationships internally and externally.
High standard of oral and written communication, including well developed presentation skills.
Ability to demonstrate strong product and clinical knowledge.

Role Responsibilities:
Develop, implement and agree robust regional account plans in line with strategic business plans developed in conjunction with Regional Business Leader to grow and exceed sales targets.
Identify key stakeholders influential in developing policy, guidelines, clinical and health economic advice for clinicians, in line with commercial objectives.
Ensure an optimum environment for the prescribing of the company products ensuring patients have appropriate access to the company products and services. This includes formulary inclusion and uptake in both Primary and Secondary Care and ensuring agreed funding flows are in place.
To identify opportunities for business growth e.g. new projects or added value services that would grow market or secure commitment to company products.
Tailor brand propositions to support the development of customer-focused solutions.
Ensure that NHS, product & market knowledge are kept up to date.
