Evolve Selection are currently recruiting for an exciting new opportunity with a dynamic and supportive Pharmaceutical organisation. Our client has an extensive product range within the Oncology market. This exciting role will be working as a Commercial Manager, in an international capacity.
The main purpose of this vacancy is to be responsible for the Oncology portfolio commercial partner management across the EMEA emerging markets region i.e. Greece, CEE, Turkey, Middle East, and Southern Africa.
You will manage Oncology brands in order to maximise the value of those assets.
You will work closely with shared service functions including logistics, regulatory affairs, medical information, pharmacovigilance etc. as well as other relevant stake holders in the matrix organisation across the EMEA region.

Essential Requirements:
Oncology experience is essential, preferably within brand management.
Minimum degree qualified or equivalent.
You will have proven sales experience.
Commercial management/international experience preferred but not essential.
Excellent communication skills. You will be comfortable conversing with the leading experts in any given field of medicine.
Possess a strong sense of responsibility and have a good track record of working independently and meeting strict deadlines.
Diplomatic and able to deal with a range of cultures /personalities to achieve objectives.
Cultural sensitivity across Europe, CEE, Middle East & Southern Africa.
A current driving licence with no more than 6 points.

Role Responsibilities:
Alliance management of commercial partners.
Co-ordinate and motivate internal stakeholders including: Pharmacovigilance, Global Regulatory Affairs, Global Value & Access, Quality Assurance, Oncology Business Unit, Marketing, Medical Affairs/Medical Information, Finance, Learning & Development.
Maintain supply chain integrity, monthly demand plans/DCSF completion, support order book management.
Motivate and prioritise company products within partners portfolio to ensure sales metrics are maximised and achieved.
Ensure partners meet company compliance and operating standards.
Regulatory strategy development collaboration with Global Regulatory Affairs team.
Market access strategy development with Global Value Access team.
Responsible for the Oncology Brands and to centrally manage these assets in order to maximise the value across the EMEA region.
Develop & execute centrally agreed strategy and tactics in line with necessary adaptations to suit the local environment.
Provide regular and timely updates to Unit Head, beyond formal updates to Business Unit management.
Facilitate to fulfil Pack changes, PV details, Manufacturing, logistics, Pricing, Regulatory & Medical requirements, medical inquiries, etc. necessary to maintain the brand working together with relevant stake holders including Medical Manager.
Maintain relationships with a broad base of internal and external customers/accounts associated with products and act as focal point for all internal and external product related communications if needed.
Provide immediate and high-quality support to requests from the customers working together with relevant stakeholders including shared service functions.
