Our client is a global pharmaceutical company who is focused on developing, manufacturing and commercializing innovative branded pharmaceuticals and biologic products for patients around the world. They market a portfolio of best-in-class products that provide valuable treatments for the central nervous system, eye care, medical aesthetics, gastroenterology, women's health, urology, cardiovascular and anti-infective therapeutic categories, providing patients around the globe with increased access to affordable, high-quality medicines.


Leads and directs country Business Unit to meet or exceed the defined sales, profit, market share and growth objectives through direction and motivation of sales and marketing teams. Accountable for the development of longer term strategies and plans. Initiates and develops strong business relationships with key customers and influencers to maintain / develop existing business and capitalize on new business opportunities.

Also responsible for launch planning across all TAs from 2/3 years pre-launch. Plus management of the optimisation of mature products.

Accountable for the growth, resilience and health of the UK/Irl organisation as a key member and contributor to the UK Lead Team.
