We have been instructed to recruit for a dynamic and market leading Medical Devices company who have a range of products within the Urology market. If you are looking to work in an innovative and tenacious environment as a Territory Manager, then this position may be for you. This role is working across South West England and South Wales The purpose of this position, is to grow and develop sales of our client’s range of Urology products and services.

Ideally a Science graduate, with possible further sales/marketing qualifications.
Candidates must live in the defined Territory.
Have a real demonstrable passion and desire to begin a career Medical Device Sales.
Ideally have Shadowing experience with Healthcare Sales.
Ideally have Sales/Customer Facing Role Experience.
Ability to take an account management approach to managing territory business.
Ability to manage the demands of a portfolio of products.
A current driving licence with no more than 3 points.

Role Responsibilities:
Arranging and conducting meetings with Urology Nurse Specialists, Continence Advisors, District Nurses, Nursing Homes and any other relevant Healthcare Professionals, which will include pre-arranged appointments or regular spec calling.
To promote our client’s range of products and services to Healthcare Professionals, with the objective of generating new business and maintaining existing business.
Organising and attending Study Days, Exhibitions and Conferences.
Building and maintaining positive working relationships with Healthcare Professionals.
Keeping detailed records of all contacts, and document all customer contact.
Planning work schedules and daily/weekly/monthly timetables on the Company database. This will involve working with and reporting to the Sales Manager.
To ensure all administrative work is carried out as determined by the Sales Manager on a regular basis.
Attend quarterly Company meetings.
Keeping up with the latest clinical data, developments within them and monitoring competitor activity and competitors’ products.
Develop strategies for increasing opportunities.
To ensure all company property in your possession is maintained to a high standard.
Any other reasonable duties as and when required.
