Customer Facing Roles Development Manager - Buckinghamshire - Competitive salary

Key responsibilities include:

  • Identifying the need for, designing, planning, managing and delivering relevant and appropriate training interventions for customer-facing roles to ensure the highest possible level of effectiveness in role

  • Conducting regular training needs analysis across the sales team, working with individuals and key stakeholders to assess requirements

  • Monitoring and promoting sale team excellence through analysis of qualitative and quantitative metrics, designing and implementing interventions to optimise the use of the selling skills model to achieve high-quality professional key account management and selling skills across the customer facing roles

  • Helping the company understand, define and establish the appropriate learning and development measures of success

  • Champion the importance of giving and receiving feedback and the use of Personal Development Plans in developing a high-performance culture

The ideal candidate will have/be:

  • Educated to degree level

  • Theory and practice of coaching

  • Experience of pharmaceutical sales

  • Experience of leading and managing teams

  • ABPI qualified
