Medical Sales Representative

Our client is a well-established and now rapidly expanding, niche Pharmaceutical Sales organisation for whom employee wellbeing is paramount. They endeavour to provide innovative medicinal treatments and best quality service to patients, healthcare professionals and the community and on account of exciting new product launches pending are looking to bolster their current sales force across the UK.
The purpose of this role is to take responsibility for promoting our client’s specialist respiratory product within their designated geographical territory. This will require the individual to have some experience within respiratory in the pharmaceutical industry.
The role will require an enthusiastic individual who is keen to maximise the sales of the product within their territory. The candidate will work towards set targets and KPIs and provide feedback to the Sales & Project Manager. The individual should be keen to represent the company at professional exhibitions and have the ability to influence key opinion leaders within their territory. The individual should also be able to display commercial acumen to develop a business plan, manage their own budget, implement current marketing campaigns and communicate this to the manager. All candidates must work within the ABPI code and adhere to the company’s exemplary standards.
The successful candidate must have experience within the pharmaceutical industry, including some experience within respiratory. The individual must be able to demonstrate selling skills, negotiation skills, presentation skills and the ability to interpret sales data. Alongside this, our client is looking for an individual who is honest, independent (who can also work in a team), organised and logical. Our client is looking for someone who can put the customer at the forefront of their work whilst maintaining their drive for success.
