National Business Development Manager - NPWT

Salary - Competitive

Business Development Manager vacancy opportunity with a global healthcare company, focusing on their Negative Pressure Wound Therapy area. Our client is launching an innovative new pump within the NPWT arena and we are looking for an experienced Business Development Manager with a background of successful launches who can lead the Market Access for this new breakthrough device.

Key responsibilities:

  • Increase sales revenue in line with national targets

  • Increase market share consistent with the company objective

  • Update, as required, the company CRM System, in line with company requirements

  • Analyse sales data and update business plan, account and objectives accordingly

  • Be proactive in problem-solving and decision-making

  • Work collaboratively with colleagues across the business to ensure that objectives are achieved

  • Ensure budget responsibility and costs are maintained, as required by the company

  • Provide the company with feedback (client, competitors and market competition)

  • Adhere to all company policies and procedures and adapt to change in company requirements as appropriate, and as per the staff handbook

  • Active participation in conferences, exhibitions and study days, as required

  • Develop productive working relationships with internal and external stakeholders, as required

The ideal candidate will have/be:

  • Degree level education in Business, Science, Healthcare, or a related field

  • Several years' experience in a healthcare sales role, preferably in medical sales

  • Solid track record in product/business management

  • Communication and presentation capability

  • Time management, as above

  • Commercial and Business awareness

  • Sales and negotiation skills

  • Strong communication and networking

  • Outgoing and confident

  • I.T. literacy

  • Reasoning ability

  • Maintain confidentiality
