With more than 100 years of scientific expertise, this company draws upon a rich legacy of innovation and a robust pipeline of promising new medicines to help patients and creates innovative new and generic medicines, and new methods of drug discovery and delivery.
They are looking for a Key Account Manager to support the Norfolk, Suffolk, Cambridge and Peterborough Territory.
1. Develop and implement an integrated Account plan with other key stakeholders and support of the Regional Healthcare Director to maximize Market Access and brand performance
2. Coordinate the deployment of resources locally within the framework of a Key Account Plan in a defined geography
3. Operate effectively within the company’s Key Account Management process to ensure delivery of Market Access and Performance against Account Plan Targets
4. Effectively engage with relevant customers and organisations to achieve mutually beneficial outcomes
5. Ensure that personal expertise regarding market, competitor and healthcare environments is maintained to enable effective decision-making, customer engagement and optimal performance against local Targets.
6. Lead, coach and line-manages members of the Account Team to deliver effective Key Account Management.
The successful candidate would ideally be able to show an existing strong network of key customers and a proven track record of tangible, commercial success and be ABPI qualified. Previous cardiovascular/stroke experience is not essential but would be desirable.
