Evolve Selection are currently recruiting for an exciting new opportunity as a Medical Representative with a dynamic and supportive Pharmaceutical organisation. The main purpose of this role is to sell and promote our client’s products to targeted Primary Care Physicians, Pharmacists, Nurses, and other members of the Primary Care sector.

Ideal candidate background:
Excellent BSc Graduates with relevant sales experience will be considered.
Anti-Coagulation / Cardiovascular experience preferred but not essential.
Sound knowledge of commercial environment.
Therapy area knowledge and brand strategies.
Internal processes and network.
Strong Primary Care sales experience and success.
ABPI would be ideal, however, Representatives with 1 years’ experience or less will be considered.
Degree level or equivalent. Science or business background but others considered.
Good understanding of the NHS (UK) organisation and framework/national policies.

Role responsibilities:
Work within the Key Account Team to pull through local guidance/recommendations for the product.
Tailors call approach for each customer to ensure needs are assessed and the solution is specific to the product.
Has excellent understanding of customer priorities and needs and keeps up-to-date with guidance / changes in the local health economy.
Effectively utilises all available resources to sell and promote the product.
Works collaboratively with support functions to determine which resources best fits the customer and/or circumstances.
Collaborate with other members of the local account team to share tactics and opportunities to leverage sales and build relationships with the customer.
Positive communication with internal stakeholders.
Demonstrates full responsibility for understanding and adherence to industry and company policies and procedures.
Responsible for attaining high levels of product, competitor, therapy area and environmental knowledge of promoted lines.
