About the department

You will be joining one of the most successful field sales teams in the industry. Market leader in both continence and ostomy divisions our client has developed excellent relationships with customers providing a solid foundation in which you can build your career. They continually invest (more than 3 times the UK average) into learning and development programmes and earlier this year achieved 3 nominations and a winner at the Pharma Times awards

They are expanding the NHS Partnership team and have recruited an experienced Market Access Market Manager to support you. They have developed an innovative offering that is industry leading. They have an exciting proposition and want the right team in place to develop relationships with customers and work with them to develop customer -focused solutions.

The job

You will be accountable for driving sales and market share growth in the local health economy. You will play an active role in identifying and managing your accounts and engage the wider local team to work collaboratively for the brand. You will have the freedom to recommend and take opportunities to develop your business and be responsible for promotion to key NHS influencers.

You will be an experienced and highly successful sales professional who has experience in dealing with NHS influencer customers. With a high level of strategic therapy area expertise, insight and understanding of the NHS environment, you will identify solutions for customers, deliver value propositions and facilitate change that benefits both patients and the business.

Bachelors degree or equivalent

Person/Experience Required

Essential Criteria: Strong understanding of the NHS landscape policy and how it affects local delivery of healthcare; Full understanding of the market dynamics in the country (reimbursement / competitors / customer group levels / government); Demonstrable Key Account Management experience; Excellent negotiating skills; Project Management skills, including the ability to implement, monitor and review projects; Demonstrated ability to analyse and assimilate data; Record of successfully developing key opinion leaders; Exceptional business planning skills; Strong ability to build relationships internally and externally; Live in area covered; Full driving licence;

Desirable Criteria: Experience of working within an NHS management function; Marketing Experience; Experience of working with CCGs.
