Evolve Selection are currently recruiting for an exciting new opportunity with a dynamic and supportive Pharmaceutical organisation. Our client has an extensive product range within the Respiratory market. This exciting role will be working as a Territory Manager across the Berkshire area. You would be responsible for delivering against commercial sales objectives selling into both the Primary and Secondary Care sectors as well as retail pharmacies. This is an exciting time to join the company, selling products within the Respiratory therapeutic area.

Essential Requirements:
Candidates with 2 or more years’ experience as a Territory Manager are desired and new to the industry candidates, with sales success from other areas of the business.
A proven track record in commercialising products.
Ability to take an account management approach to managing territory business.
Ability to manage the demands of a portfolio of products.
Ideally a graduate, with possible further sales/marketing qualifications.
ABPI qualification is desired, however, if the successful candidate does not hold this, our client will support you in helping you to achieve this.
A current driving licence with no more than 6 points.

Role Responsibilities:
Achieve and exceed sales for designated Geography by taking ownership of Key Account Management Plan.
Establish and Maintain relationships with KOL’s to ensure mutually beneficial objectives are met.
Submit monthly reports and specified administration and ETMS requirement as requested by Line Manager.
To be cognisant of the customers’ agendas seeking ways of working collaboratively to deliver positive outcomes for patients, the NHS and the company.
Effective time management to ensure delivery of sales objectives.
