Evolve Selection are currently recruiting for an exciting new opportunity with a forward thinking and innovative Pharmaceutical organisation. Our client has an extensive product range within the Pain and GI markets. This exciting role will be working as a Hospital Specialist across Cambridge & Peterborough, Great Yarmouth, Ipswich, Lincolnshire East & West, North Norfolk, Norwich, Lincolnshire South, South Norfolk, South West, Lincolnshire, West Norfolk and West Suffolk, they are looking for someone to start as soon as possible.
In this role, you will be working with the company's top performing UK commercial team, promoting a range of long standing and new specialist Pharmaceutical products.

Essential Requirements:
Hospital exposure and Pharmaceutical sales success.
Current or recent Secondary Care sales experience. However progressive candidates with knowledge of the Primary Care arena may also be considered.
ABPI qualification.
Ability to analyse and interpret sales data.
To possess a full valid UK drivers licence at all times and to notify the company immediately of any offences or accumulation of penalty points.
Experience in a commercial target driven environment.
High levels of resilience, self motivation, creativity and a strong team ethos.
Patient focused.

Role Responsibilities:
Achieve sales and activity targets as set by the company through effective planning and implementation of strategic plans.
Keep records of customer contacts and all relevant customer information in the CRM system up to date.
Understand clinical and management priorities on the relevant territory.
Maintain up to date knowledge of products and therapy areas.
Understand and remain updated on the NHS environment both at a national and local level.
Be fully conversant with current marketing strategies and initiatives.
Organise and host clinical promotional sales meetings.
Capitalise on business opportunities and provide value added services to customers.
Achieve commercially positive formulary guidelines and protocol inclusion for promoted products in agreed accounts.
Compile, review and monitor performance against a strategic business plan.
Establish, maintain and develop strong relationships with customers and local KOLs.
Provide the manager with accurate and timely reports.
Build and maintain relationships in key accounts to safe guard and grow business.
Ensure all company expenditure on territory is accurately monitored within budget and expense forms are completed, approved and submitted within the agreed deadlines.
Liaising with territory team members to build relationships, share information and generate business.
Liaising with the Clinical Partnership team to streamline activities in territory.
Deal with customers and colleagues in a professional and courteous manner.
Represent the company in a professional manner.
Maintain company property to the highest standard.
Adhere to the ABPI code of conduct without exception.
Act at all times within the terms and conditions of your contract of employment.
