Regional Training Manager – East and West Midlands

Our Client has its roots going back as far as 1899, and the Company has been active in research, development and production of medicines since the early days of the industrialisation of this sector. While maintaining its portfolio of marketed pharmaceuticals for acute coronary syndromes and atrial fibrillation, our Client is engaged in the development of treatments focused on the discovery of novel oncology therapies. They now seek a talented Regional Trainer to work with their within their pharmaceutical division, with specific responsibility for the customer facing sales team.

The main priority of this exciting and challenging role is the Midlands Team’s development. This includes upskilling the team, developing and delivering training. The other function will be to address the environmental training needs, specifically on the NHS and the business implications of the changes here and account planning.

Your suitability for the role will be defined by your previous sales training success. You will also have an impressive sales track record, and have conducted training needs analysis and implemented the solutions you developed.

Of graduate calibre, you have an innovative and creative approach to the design and delivery of training programmes and be in possession of superb communication and presentation skills. Adaptable and able to work cross-functionally, you can support and motivate individuals through challenging training programmes. You must have the proven ability to see projects through to completion, demonstrating exceptional organizational and leadership skills.
