Evolve Selection are currently recruiting for an exciting new opportunity with a global Pharmaceutical organisation. Our client has an extensive product range within the Cardiology market. This exciting role will be working as a Brand Lead based in the Surrey. The purpose of the Brand Lead role is to be accountable for the development of brand strategy, marketing mix and operational brand plans, to optimise sales, market share and revenue growth for the Cardiology portfolio.

Candidate Background:
University degree in Science and/or degree in Business Marketing or Clinical Research.
Professional qualification in marketing desirable, English fluent, additional languages desirable.
Strategic and operational brand management experience across multiple therapy areas and/or products, to include exposure across all stages of the product lifecycle (i.e. launch, growth, maturity, decline).
Experience to include customer facing/sales experience and cross-functional working.
Strong people management background.

Role Responsibilities:
Leads the brand strategy and planning processes.
Develops the brand vision, strategy, positioning and strategic essentials to achieve commercial/financial objectives.
Monitors and controls expenditure, in line with agreed budget.
Creates and leads execution of the national/international key opinion leader (KOL) development programme.
Leverages KOLs to shape and deliver on brand strategy.
Develops pricing options based on market trends, payor insights and Global direction.
Develops short/long term brand strategy across all customer segments.
Leads pre-launch and launch campaigns and evaluates effectiveness.
Uses health economics principles to provide early strategic input to study design.
Acts as brand champion to create focus and enthusiasm both internally and with external customers and agencies.
