Our client is a blue-chip, Pharmaceutical organisation, who have a unique opportunity to join a brand-new team working as an Account Manager across the London, Oxford and South East England areas. Our client is looking for dynamic and self-motivated individuals to generate clinical demand for Respiratory Biologics brands with key accounts, pro-actively identifying business opportunities, presenting value propositions aligned to stakeholder needs and objectives, and recommending solutions to drive and develop business.

Essential Requirements:
Significant Secondary Care sales experience with a sound knowledge of account management.
Track record of engaging key stakeholders in complex clinical environments, e.g., mid and senior level healthcare professionals, key accounts and the medical community.
Proven track record in influencing the stakeholder decision-making process in an ecosystem with multiple influential players / decision makers, with proven track record of creating value in complex DMU.
Proven demonstration of successful working in complex cross functional teams.
Business management, commercial acumen and financially analytical & conversant.
Demonstrable ability to negotiate at business to business level.
Educated to degree level or equivalent.
ABPI qualified.
A current driving licence with no more than 6 points.

Role Responsibilities:
Identify opportunities and strategies to improve positioning of the company’s Respiratory Biologics products at a local level.
Successfully promote the benefits of your brands, using the appropriate promotional mix.
Contribute to the input & delivery of effective account plans that will deliver against both customer and local objectives.
Drive sales performance and ensure sales forecasts meet or exceed expectations while managing assigned budgets.
Successfully promote the benefits of the company’s Respiratory Biologics brands, using fair balance messages and the appropriate mix of promotional tools.
Conduct science-based discussions with the HCP as per the approved indications of the company’s products.
Arrange multidisciplinary workshops for physicians and other healthcare professionals.
Arrange and coordinate effective speaker programmes with physician advocates and KEEs.
Actively support Respiratory Nurses on relevant trainings.
Identify opportunities and strategies to secure, expand or defend the positioning of the Respiratory Biologics portfolio in protocols, formularies and local guidelines dependent on brand and its lifecycle.
Identify the specific needs and motivations of priority customers/ customer groups and their ability to influence the adoption of the company’s Biologics portfolio and associated services for target patient populations ensuring the account plans are focused on the customer & patient agenda.
