The key aspects of the Group Brand Manager role are as follows:

  • Leading the development of insight fuelled strategic brand plans engaging with cross-functional matrix to deliver differentiated solutions that both champion the customer and maximise brand value

  • Responsibility for creation and delivery of deep brand insights, and utilisation of these to drive both strategic and financial planning

  • Full line-management responsibility for the people within the designated team

  • Defining and ensuring regular monitoring of brand KPIs

  • Developing and maintaining long-term customer relations with all stakeholders, including external experts, through effective communication

Candidates will have/be:

  • Proven management experience including ability to coach and lead through line management and influencing where there is no direct authority

  • Relevant experience within the Pharmaceutical industry, as well as an understanding of the challenges faced by the customers and patients

  • Highly competent marketer, ideally with CIM, degree or post-graduate qualifications within Marketing
